ALL RESERVATIONS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Once a reservation has been confirmed for one of our scheduled cruises, no cash or credit refunds will be issued. If a reservation is canceled up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled cruise, an exchange of date, time or cruise may be permitted at the rate applicable at the time of the exchange. All ticket exchanges can only be completed by contacting the Discovery ticket office at 231-943-1183 and speaking with one of our reservations staff. No ticket exchanges can be completed online. If you cancel within 48 hours from your scheduled cruise, no exchange, cash or credit refunds will be given. Confirmed reservations are limited to one exchange of date, time or cruise only. Refunds or exchanges will not be permitted if you are a no show. Refunds or exchanges will not be permitted if you do not arrive in time to board the cruise and miss the boat’s departure.
TICKETING/BOARDING PROCEDURES. Discovery Cruises offers ticketless boarding. When you make a reservation for any scheduled cruise, whether online, via phone or onsite at the Discovery office, you will not receive an actual ticket for your selected cruise, you will only receive a confirmation number/boarding pass. Please print a copy of your boarding pass and bring this information with you or have the boarding pass available on your phone as it will be required for boarding the vessel. When you arrive at our facility for your scheduled cruise your party will proceed directly to the vessel for check in/boarding. Boarding will begin approximately 15-30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Please plan on arriving no later than 30 minutes prior to your cruise.
Discovery Cruises reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or change the time of any cruise at anytime. All cruises are weather permitting. All prices, entertainment, menus, times and schedules are subject to change without notice.

Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is forbidden on the vessel during public cruises.
Illicit drugs of any kind are forbidden on the vessel.
No outside food and/or beverage is permitted to be brought on the vessel.
No specific seating arrangements are available or guaranteed on the vessel on either deck. All seating is first come, first served.
Identification is required for alcoholic beverage purchases. Alcohol will only be served to those 21 years of age and older.
Any child under the age of 16 on any of our cruises must be supervised by an adult.
Navigational route is at all times to be at the sole discretion of our captains and managers.
For the safety of all concerned, we reserve the right to search any passenger boarding our vessel. All bags and/or carry on containers are subject to inspection.
All firearms and/or weapons of any kind are prohibited onboard the vessel.
