Lindsay started in the wine industry in Michigan in 2016. What was supposed to be a fun summer job quickly turned into a passionate career, eventually landing her in the Woodinville wine scene in the Spring of 2021. Her love for people and creating relationships helped her excel to Tasting Room Manager at multiple wineries, including our new Woodinville Tasting Room. She is very excited to welcome and educate each guest that comes through the door!
Outside of the tasting room, you can find Lindsay sharing a bottle of wine (or two) with friends, exploring the PNW, or planning her next overseas excursion.
L’Ecole № 41 is a third-generation, family-owned winery located in the historic Frenchtown School. Founded in 1983 by Jean and Baker Ferguson as a retirement project, we were the third winery established in the Walla Walla Valley. Today, they are one of the most prominent Washington wineries in both national and key global markets.
In 1989, the next chapter began when Jean and Baker’s daughter, Megan, joined the winery with her husband, Marty Clubb. Under Marty’s leadership as Owner and Managing Winemaker, the winery evolved into one of the most esteemed wineries in the Pacific Northwest—all while preserving their family estate values. Today, both the second and third generations are actively involved in multiple aspects of the winery, reinforcing a tradition built to endure.
Ferguson Vineyard and Seven Hills Vineyard—both sustainably farmed—are the source of the winery’s most acclaimed wines. Each site expresses distinct soils, elevations, and microclimates, demanding a thoughtful and intentional approach in the vineyard.
This commitment to terroir continues in the cellar. L’Ecole Winery's winemaking philosophy prioritizes balance, finesse, and purity of fruit, with careful extraction and restrained oak to preserve vineyard character. The result is a portfolio of ultra-premium Washington wines known for structure, natural acidity, and exceptional aging potential.
